Sector 05
Relationships
Our oldest practice, and the origin of the firm's methodology. We bring enterprise discipline to the domestic sector, where every stakeholder holds veto power and all decisions are re-opened at dinner. You already know who was right. Their right.
Representative Engagement
Independently confirmed a spouse's findings in full. The client requested a second opinion. It matched.

Personal Decisions
Private clients receive the same rigor we extend to governments, at a scale their savings can nearly accommodate. We review the purchase, the haircut, and the relocation. Each was individually defensible; in sequence, catastrophic.
Representative Engagement
A private client reversed three of five major life decisions. The remaining three reversed themselves.
Sector 07
Meetings
The meeting sector remains the world's largest producer of follow-up meetings. We embed within recurring calendar blocks to observe alignment forming and dissolving inside a single agenda item. Are consultants attend every session so that, technically, someone did.
Representative Engagement
Reduced a client's weekly meeting load from 34 hours to 34 hours, with materially improved sentiment.
Sector 08
PowerPoint
We serve the presentation layer of the global economy: deck strategy, deck governance, and the executive summary of the executive summary. No decision has ever been located inside a slide. The search continues on slide 84.
Representative Engagement
Consolidated a client's 217 slides down to 340.
Sector 09
Digital Transformation
We support organizations across the full transformation lifecycle: announcement, renaming, and quiet abandonment. The transformation is complete when nothing has changed except what things are called.
Representative Engagement
Completed phase one of a three-phase transformation. Phases two through six are in planning.

Organizations With Too Many Vice Presidents
A rapidly growing sector, particularly at the top. We advise organizations where the ratio of vice presidents to decisions has turned unfavorable to decisions. Titles have been conferred; accountability remains unassigned, consistent with the org chart.
Representative Engagement
A client with 41 vice presidents appointed a VP of Vice President Reduction. There are now 43.
